The responsible provider of the websites "www.Wiki-gegen-Minen.de", "www.Wissen-gegen-Minen.de" and this here "www.wiki-Against-mines.org" is the registered association "Wissen gegen Minen e.V." (Science against Mines) [abbreviated WgM in German, SaM in English], represented by the management.

Licence agreement

It is allowed:

To copy, publish and publicly give the content of the webpages, if the original source is mentioned.
To use the content to develop and distribute detectors and other instruments which contribute to solve the problems of landmining.

It is not allowed:

To change or edit the content of the pages. You are only allowed to comment (discuss) it.
To distort the content or change contents without prior agreement.

It is generally binding:

To inform others about the terms of licences when distributing the content that is covered by the licence agreement.
To add the name of the authors, if in evidence/known or the name "Wissen gegen Minen e.V. " as the source and the date of downloading to all publications.

Establish the content to the best of one´s knowledge, but cannot correspond in all requirements of completeness, topicality, quality and accuracy.
Reserved to ourselves, to change or rearrange contents without seperate indication.
Publish only contents that do not breach the copyrights or patent rights or for which we have the authorisations of the authors/initiators.
Oblige/commit ourselves, to add all common rights, publication rights and licence-informations to the contents.
Assume no liability for accuracy and inoffensiveness for tools, equipment or additives developed from our contents.
Exclude every kind of assertion of claims.
Particularly assume no liability for content of the published articles, especially concerning accuracy, topicality and completeness of the provided information.

Contact you, if you want to contribute to the knowledge-forum and directly inform the management or show your interests by a contribution to a discussion.
Grant you authors-licences, if you commit yourself to demands on quality and interior operational procedures which are necessary to provide reliable information as knowledge for the fight against landmines.

Each of these conditions can be canncelled by written consence by the managment of "Wissen gegen Minen e.V.".
